It is with heavy heart and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Leo Horton, who left us on May 21st, 2023, at the age of 66 in Houston, Texas. Frank was born to his parents on September 7th, 1956, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The family and close friends of Frank mourn the loss of an exceptionally kind-hearted and loving man. He touched the hearts of many throughout his life with his warm smile and gentle personality. His contagious laughter could light up anyone's day, and he could always make anyone feel better with his sage advice.

Frank spent most of his career working as a dedicated accountant and firmly believed that hard work always paid off. His innate attention to detail not only helped businesses grow over the years but also gave him the admiration and respect of everyone who knew him.

Frank had many hobbies that brought joy to his life. One of his favorite pastimes was playing basketball with friends every week. He was also an avid collector of vinyl records and amassed quite an impressive collection over the years. Furthermore, he loved to travel - experiencing new cultures, tasting unique foods, appreciating art & music.

Frank was a family man who cared deeply for his children when they were younger and adored them as adults. He will be remembered as a dedicated husband, father-in-law father, grandfather brother-in-law friend colleague mentor and mentorship provider to those lucky enough to have known him well enough. His love for humanity was unconditional which he expressed by volunteering at multiple charitable organizations across Louisiana.

Although Frank is no longer with us in this physical world, his memory will continue to live on within our souls. His calm, kind, and gentle nature will continue to inspire us all forever. Our prayers are with Frank's family and friends at this difficult time. We hope that his soul may rest in peace, knowing that he touched the hearts of those who knew him and loved him.
