He is preceded in death by his parents, Valerian and Celestine, sister Mary Widacki, and Brother-in-Law George Gaitan. Patrick’s passions in life were hunting, fishing, playing rummy, spades, poker, and dominoes with family and friends. Patrick also loved spending time in his vegetable garden at his home in Houston and at his farmhouse in LaGrange, TX. He and his sister, Theresa, loved to have contests on who could grow the largest tomatoes and other vegetables. We are not sure who won. He and Theresa also liked to discuss whether to have flowers in a vegetable garden. Patrick would also tell Theresa, “If you can’t eat it, it ain’t worth growing”. Patrick was a Commercial Electrician by trade, working at Toshiba for 18 years.
