Willie Louis Dowles, 72 of Houston, Texas peacefully passed away on August 19th. Willie was born in Bastrop, Louisiana, and is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Dowles. Willie was a family man who loved fishing, and loved spending time with his grandson, Jerren. Willie is preceded in death by his mother Minnie Dowles, and is survived by son, Allen Carter, daughter Melanie Dowles, and a host of family and friends.
